FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer equipment. Technical result is achieved by setting a clock signal; splitting a continuous signal, which is a sequence of cycles, consisting of cycles containing the triggering of detection means, and cycles in which the detecting device does not operate, into blocks of the same time duration; grouping the resulting blocks according to the content of the detecting device's operations in them; converting blocks to block numbers in a group of blocks containing the same number of responses; converting the block number to a random sequence of 0 and 1; and output the obtained continuous random sequence to the output of a random number generator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the speed of generating a sequence of random numbers and ensuring the continuity of the output sequence of random numbers.
