FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and is aimed at treating stenoses of the larynx. Method of intraoperative navigation in the surgical treatment of the neck organs is that surgical intervention on the organs of the neck is performed by laryngoscopy using needle insertion at a selected point under the supervision of a navigation system including a sensor and a fixing device made of a thermoplastic material, wherein the fixing device is formed as an orthosis of the non-radiopaque material directly on the patient itself, fixing the head and neck in the required position, after which the sensor of the navigation system is fixed on the orthosis.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand the arsenal of means for treating stenoses of the larynx.
