FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverage industry. In a container with a neck containing a cucumber pre-placed and grown in it, the cross-sectional diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the container neck, a mixture of rectified alcohol with drinking water is introduced and insisted. In doing so, cucumber is used, placed in a container with leaves and antennae removed near it and grown in it with the optimum humidity and temperature regime for its growth, regulated by feeding into the container through the tube atmospheric air enriched with carbon dioxide. Infuse an alcohol-containing beverage for 2–3 weeks at room temperature in the shade.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the consumer qualities of the alcohol-containing beverage produced, and the improvement and stabilization of the organoleptic characteristics of the beverage.
