FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical methods for purification of effluents from galvanic industries, in particular, for the removal of salts of multiply charged heavy metal ions (TTM) from washings by electrodialysis. In the method for stabilizing the concentration of the TTM salts in the galvanic line recovery bath, the effect is achieved by circulating the water from the recovery bath through an electrodialyzer. Water supply rate is set so that the amount of the TTM salts delivered per unit time to the recovery bath with the articles to be coated is equal to the amount of these salts transported from the desalting path to the electrodialysis concentrator path. In this case, the concentration in the recovery bath will be stabilized at a level of 2 % of the concentration in the bath of the coating.
EFFECT: reduction of irretrievable loss of salts due to their return to the technological process in form of salt concentrate is provided.
