FIELD: chemical industry; environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: waste water is subjected to electrodialysis treatment to produce desalinated water with low content of organic ammonium ions and a concentrate containing organic ammonium ions. Electrodialyzer is equipped with at least one membrane unit, at least a part of which contains a homogeneous cation-exchange membrane of a styrene type. Wastewater can be preliminarily divided into solid and liquid phases. In electrodialyzer, standard electrodialysis using anion-exchange and cation-exchange membranes and bipolar membrane electrodialysis using a bipolar, cation-exchange and/or anion-exchange membrane. Effluents are formed when producing titanosilicate molecular sieve, molecular sieve BETA, molecular sieve SSZ-13 and or Silicate-1. At the stage of synthesis of the molecular sieve, a raw material containing a silicon source, organic ammonium hydroxide and an optional titanium source is brought into contact with water, then obtained reaction mixture is crystallized, separated into solid and liquid phases. Solid phase is washed to obtain a molecular sieve and washing waste water, which are then subjected to said purification.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce content of organic ammonium ions in waste water and, accordingly, reduce COD value, as well as recycle extracted organic ammonium ions and desalted water, ensuring efficient recycling of resources and reduction of harmful wastes.
