SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment and can be used both for the transceiver equipment creation and for the signal propagation environment electrophysical characteristics measuring. Into the device the first (2) and second (3) resistors are introduced, the DFM generator (1) contains the in-series connected carrier signal source (1.1) and the generator first resistor (1.4), which output is connected to the operational amplifier (1.3) inverting input and through the generator second resistor (1.8) is to the operational amplifier (1.3) output, which is connected to the second MOS transistor (1.7) drain, the carrier signal source (1.1) output is connected to the first MOS transistor (1.6) drain, both MOS transistors sources are combined and are the DFM generator (1) output, at that, the SSP generator (1.2) output is connected to the first MOS transistor (1.6) gate and the inverter (1.5) input, which inverting output is connected to the second MOS transistor (1.7) gate, in addition, the operational amplifier (1.3) non-inverting input is connected to the common bus, at that, the matching device (6) is made of material, which dielectric constant is in the range of 200…230.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of signal radiation and resistance to external electromagnetic disturbances.
