SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in communication systems with phase-shift keyed signals for transmitting data via a radio link. The radio transmitter comprises a phase-shift keyed signal former, a key power amplifier, a matching unit, the output of which is connected to the input of an antenna, an energy storage comprising a capacitor and a diode, wherein the capacitor is connected by its terminals in parallel to the power inputs of the key power amplifier, and the diode is connected between the key power amplifier and the power supply.
EFFECT: providing a high phase-shift keying rate for phase-shift keyed signals owing to shorter transient processes when establishing a new phase.
