SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cosmetology. Stabilized hyaluronic acid is administered. Wherein, by means of ultrasound, when installing the sensor in the sagittal plane along the mid-lacrimal line, the thickness of the deep fat packet of the "fossa canina" is measured between the muscle lifting the angle of mouth, and the muscle lifting the upper lip, and the thickness of the subcutaneous fat between the dermis and the muscle lifting the upper lip, using a mimic test when smiling. If the thickness of the deep fat package is reduced to at least 2.5 mm to the projection point of the attachment of the muscle lifting the upper lip, stabilized hyaluronic acid is injected at the rate of 0.125 ml for every 0.5 mm, missing to obtain 3 mm of the thickness of the deep fat package, to a depth of 6–8 mm. When subcutaneous fat is increased by more than 6 mm, 0.2 ml of lipolytic with the mechanism of activation of apoptosis of adipocytes to the projection point of attachment of small zygomatic muscle and to the projection point of attachment of large zygomatic muscle at the rate of 1 mm of excess adipose tissue to the optimal 6 mm, wherein the lipolytic is injected to a depth of 2–5 mm.
EFFECT: method allows reducing the risk of complications and increasing the reliability of the choice of tactics for correction of face soft tissues.
