FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sorbents for cleaning liquids and gases. Sorbent material consists of a porous core and a shell wrapped on it. Materials of the core and shell are selected from diatomite, glauconite, zeolite. Average equivalent pore size of the shell is greater than the average equivalent pore size of the core. Sorbent can contain an inorganic binder in an amount of from 5 to 50 % by weight.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing waste during production and in improving the quality of the target product.
