SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of strip materials and can be used for transporting with voltage on the technological line of the aggregate of a thin strip metal with its heat treatment, coating and coiling. Device comprises a base, a guide member in the form of a non-rotating swivel roller with two thrust flanges, mounted by means of bearing supports on the posts.

EFFECT: to increase the accuracy of the direction and to avoid damage of the edge of the strip, a non-moving roller is provided with two abutting flanges, fixed to the immobile axis of the roller on the bearings, inclined to its shell with rubberized coating, which is in contact with the flanges and is installed by means of bearing supports on the axis.
