SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for transporting a tension strip. The device contains a reel drum and strip guiding means. The means for guiding the strip is made in the form of a non-driven swivel roller fixed in the teeth of the fork, placed in the bearings of the base with the possibility of free rotation, a side stop installed on one of the sides of the roller, and a base fixed on an axis installed under the middle of the swivel roller with the ability to rotate the base together with a swivel roller in the plane of the strip movement. The swivel roller has the shape of a truncated cone, the thickening of which is located on the side of the side stop, and is made with the possibility of ensuring its free rotation in the plane of the strip movement by the side of the roller, in which the side stop is installed, towards the direction of the strip movement.

EFFECT: accuracy of the strip edge guiding is increased during tension strip transportation.
