ACOUSTIC CONSTRUCTION FOR INDUSTRIAL PREMISES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E04B1/82

Abstract RU 2665726 C1

FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics, in particular to an acoustic construction for industrial premises. Acoustic construction for industrial premises contains the frame of the workshop, bearing walls with fences in the form of floor and ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as piece sound absorbers, containing a frame in which the sound-absorbing material is located, and installed above the noisy equipment. Floor is made on an elastic base, the structure of the floor on the elastic foundation contains an installation plate made of vibration damping material reinforced concrete, which is installed on two rigidly interconnected base plates of inter-floor overlap with increased strength and seismic resistance with cavities through layers of vibration damping and waterproofing material with a gap relative to the bearing walls of the production room. Layers of the vibration damping and waterproofing material are made with a flange that fits closely to the bearing structures of the walls and the base load-bearing slabs. Between the base plates of the interfloor overlap a layer of vibration damping material is laid. Cavities of the base plates are staggered and filled with vibration damping material, the walls are lined with sound-absorbing structures. In the cavities of base plates of interfloor overlap vibration damping inserts, each of which is made in the form of a cylinder of rigid vibration damping material, inside which is axisymmetrically and coaxially placed an elastic core with disks. Along the rod axis the damping disks are rigidly fixed along the whole length of the cavity. Extreme discs are fixed "flush" with the cylinder of the vibration damping material, its ends, in turn, are located "flush" with the side surfaces of the base plate of the inter-floor. There are intermediate damping disks placed evenly with the step not exceeding the internal diameter of the cylinder. Elastic core axisymmetric and coaxially placed within the cylinder of the vibrodamping insert, is made of a combined and consisting of an elastic part in the form of a rod, made in the form of an outer coaxial shell made of a vibration damping material in the form of polyurethane. Damping disks fixed along the entire length of the elastic core are arranged with alternating rigid and combined damping disks. Composite and consisting of an elastic part in the form of oppositely fixed on the elastic core discs of solid vibration damping material, for example, plastic like “Agat”, “Antivibrite”, “Schwim”, and a damping part made in the form of a disc of a soft vibration damping material in the form of spongy rubber, a nonwoven vibration damping material or polyurethane. Rigid damping disks are made in the form of a disk perforated frame of elastic material filled with a mesh damping element.

EFFECT: technical result is increased strength and seismic resistance of the building along with effectiveness of noise attenuation.
