FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS, remote control and communication systems. Proposed method consists in that track circuit hardware signals received at locomotive are checked for validity and shaped to transmit code telegram to station power interlocking control office indicating locomotive coordinates, train number, its route and attribute of the train integrity. Said data are compared to the results of track circuit hardware check. At invalid signals train is authorised to move via track sections on the basis of code telegram. Proposed system comprises radio communication transceiver is arranged at every station power interlocking control office and connected to its hardware. Transceivers are interconnected via wire communication lines. Complex safety device of every locomotive incorporates additionally a code signal validity check unit. Locomotive transceivers are connected via extra digital radio channel with transceivers of the station power interlocking control offices.
EFFECT: higher reliability and capacity.
