SUBSTANCE: described is an adhesive sheet for teeth comprising layer (A) having a pH value of 6.6 or more to 10.5 or less when layer (A) is dissolved in water, and layer (B) comprising component (b) of one or more species, selected from phytic acid, hexametaphosphoric acid, organic acid, having a pKa value of 4.5 to 7.0 at 25°C, and the corresponding salts, and having a pH value of 3.5 or more to 6.5 or less when layer (B) is dissolved in water.

EFFECT: adhesive sheet for teeth provides high safety and allows obtaining an excellent tooth whitening effect and glossy effect by simple adhesion to teeth.
