SUBSTANCE: dual component oral care system comprising a first component comprising a peroxygen compound, having a first pH and a second component comprising at least one salt of a weak mono or polyprotic acid having a second pH, wherein the second pH is higher than the first pH and is less than 10.0; wherein when combined the first and second components form a tooth-whitening composition having a pH greater than 6.0 and less than 10.0.
EFFECT: dual component oral care system has higher whitening efficiency when used.
