FIELD: manufacturing technology; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesive compositions based on cold-cured polyurethanes and can be used for adhesion of various materials. Described is a polyurethane adhesive composition based on polyisocyanate and polyester, characterized in that it comprises a polyisocyanate with a mass fraction of NCO groups of 21–31 % polyether with an amount of hydroxyl groups of 4–9 wt.%, and an organic silane selected from group consisting of vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane, tetraethoxysilane, octyltriethoxysilane and methyltriethoxysilane, in following component ratio, by weight: polyisocyanate – 100, polyester – 35–45, organic silane – 0.1–1.0.
EFFECT: adhesive composition with a high curing rate and resistance to moisture, acids and alkalis is proposed.
