FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition based on a blocked polyisocyanate and can be used for attachment of rubber based on natural, isoprene, butadiene-nitrile, butadiene-methylstyrene, chloroprene, ethylene-propylene rubber to metal during vulcanisation. Adhesive composition for attaching rubber to metal during vulcanisation based on ε-caprolactam-blocked polyisocyanate in a dispersion medium of an organic acid, contains 50.00 wt.% of base and 50.00 wt.% of a mixture of toluene and dimethylformamide, taken in equal volume ratios, as polyisocyanate contains oligomeric 4,4'-diphenylenemethane diisocyanate with content of isocyanate groups of 31.2 wt.%, and as an organic acid it contains rosin, with the following ratio of base components, wt.pts.: oligomeric 4,4'-diphenylenemethane diisocyanate – 45.00-52.00, ε-caprolactam – 37.50-43.00, rosin – 4.00-5.00.
EFFECT: creation of an adhesive composition based on blocked polyisocyanate, which provides high strength of attachment of rubber to metal, with a high level of adhesion properties comparable to the level of foreign adhesive compositions of the Chemosil type.
