SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of means for conserving the power of mobile devices, specifically to device shutdown prompting. Method comprises receiving, in a shutdown state, a wakeup command from a clock circuit, executing a preconfigured initialisation operation without activating an operating system, searching for a target prompt event from prompt events pre-saved in a predetermined memory area, and executing the target prompt event by calling a predetermined prompt program. After executing the target prompt event, said event is identified as completed with the completed identification, prompt events are received from the predetermined memory area after launch and the database is synchronously updated, said database corresponding to the prompt program in the operating system according to the identifications of the prompt events. Prompt for outstanding prompt events is performed according to the contents of the updated database.
EFFECT: avoiding skipping prompts for outstanding prompts after launching the device while enabling prompting of a prompt event even if the operating system is not running, eliminating the problem of time and energy consumption problems caused by the launch of the operating system, saving electrical energy and, since the call function is not launched, preventing radio frequency radiation.
