FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction. Method for the continuous production of monolithic reinforced concrete contour-based hollow core slabs using non-extractable tubular cardboard-polyethylene void-formers includes: a formwork device, reinforcement of wireframes and nets, non-extractable void-formers installation in the formwork and laying of concrete. And first, the bottom reinforcement net is laid on the formwork on concrete pads. Then the reinforcing work frames are laid. Lay and fix non-extractable void-formers, made of cardboard round tubes, covered with waterproofing polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.05 mm, located longitudinally and transversely and closed at the corners with cardboard-polyethylene lids. Lay and fix the upper reinforcing mesh, carry out continuous concreting through the holes for laying concrete between the pipes of the void-formers.

EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the consumption of reinforcement and concrete and a decrease in the weight of the slabs.
