FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction. Proposed is a method for manufacturing monolithic reinforced concrete columns and pylons with cylindrical voids and hardness disks, with the use of non-removable tubular cardboard-polyethylene void formers, which are cardboard tubes of circular cross-section covered with waterproofing polyethylene film of 0.045 mm, with cardboard-polyethylene caps at the ends. Reinforcing elements and void formers of the first layer are installed, on top thereof the hardness disk reinforcement is mounted. Reinforcement and void-formers are fixed with binding wire, concrete pads and inventory fixators. External formwork is further arranged and concrete is laid on the height of one void former and reinforced concrete hardness disk. Void formers, hardness disk reinforcement are installed, outer formwork is increased and the next layer is concreted.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduced flexibility of elements and increased bearing capacity.
