FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for environmentally and energetically efficient heat and cooling of buildings and structures by means of a heat pump system, using low-potential heat of the soil massif, in particular to the device of ground heat exchangers. Ground heat exchanger consists of one or several thermowells with satellite pipelines, located near and along each thermowell, the source of water supply and water pipelines, while the source of water supply is a water intake well, from which directly to each thermowells of the ground heat exchanger water pipelines are laid and connected to the satellite pipelines, latter having perforations at least on a part located outside the groundwater layer. Method of using the heat exchanger provides for the flow of water, supplied from the source of water supply in the pipeline-satellites, equal to or less than the total flow rate of natural filtration (drainage) of water into the surrounding soil massif under the influence of gravitational forces.
EFFECT: this makes it possible to organize a controlled vertical circulation of groundwater in the soil massif, which ensure an increased thermal conductivity of the soil directly in the vicinity of the thermowell.
