FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the repair of motor roads with asphaltic concrete pavement, in particular to the road surface defects patching. Asphalt concrete pavement patching method is that the repair site is cleaned of contamination by blowing with compressed air and filled with hot repair material, consisting of the natural sand charge and crushed basalt stone silicate melt with fractions of 5–10 mm in the volume ratio %: sand 75, crushed stone 25, with the addition before the repair site filling of crushed basalt stone with fractions of 10–20 mm to the melt in the amount of 10 % of the melt volume, at that, the melt is obtained by the charge melting with a low-temperature plasma in the melting device installed on the patching machine. Machine comprises a frame in front of which are arranged diesel generator, piston compressor with air duct and melting device, containing electric plasma torch and an oven installed under the torch and connected to the metering hopper for receiving of the silicate melt and crushed stone. At the frame rear part body for charge with the larger crushed stone compartment is located, body is equipped with a screw conveyor to feed the charge to the furnace and a movable hose for the large crushed stone supply to the metering hopper, at that, the metering hopper is connected to the crushed stone supply unit, made is in the form of a dispensing hatch with a receiving container, comprising the tenth pert of metering hopper volume. Metering hopper is equipped with a distributing chute to supply the mixture directly into the road defect.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the repair work productivity with high quality of the defect patching and possibility of implementation under different weather conditions.
