FIELD: road construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of local destructions of asphalt concrete road surface and restoration of roadway evenness. Technical result is achieved by cold milling of a defective area with giving it a rectangular shape, cleaning, priming with a sulfur-bitumen composition, heated to temperature of 100–120 °C, consisting of bitumen, sulfur-containing waste of oil and gas treatment, powdered slime waste, filling with filler heated to 120–140 °C with repair material, including milled asphalt granulate, low-strength crushed stone of carbonate rocks and sulfur-containing waste of oil and gas cleaning, compaction of filler, laying at 50–85 °C of a waterproofing sheet with thickness of 2–4 mm, made of a geosynthetic layer and atactic polypropylene, a plasticised sulfur-bitumen composite, a plasticiser and copper smelting wastes, taken in weight ratios 0.1–0.2:1:0.03–0.1:0.05–0.07.

EFFECT: higher quality of asphalt concrete surface destructed sections repair.
