SUBSTANCE: invention relates to support (100) of an electrical device, having core (110), made of metal material, covered with cover (120) made of insulating synthetic material, which comprises devices for operating mechanism (200) of the electrical device mounted on said electrical device support. Support (100) comprises core (110) of metal material, a cover made of an insulating synthetic material and directly covering core (110), wherein the core and the cover comprise fastening means operable together to connect the cover to the core, the cover is formed as a single piece by casting a plastic material and comprises, integrated therewith, devices for mounting or receiving functional elements for operating mechanism (200) of electrical device mounted on said electrical device support.
EFFECT: present invention provides a novel electrical device support which is rigid, the production is inexpensive, which has a front face aesthetics without aggressive form, which not only ensures mounting an insulating base of electrical equipment in an electrical box as well as the primary operation of the mechanism of this electrical equipment.
