SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a finishing plate (10) for an electrical device comprising snap tabs (410) which comprise a flexible tongue formed along a longitudinal axis and having an outer side and at least one latch which is provided on the noted outer side along a length in the direction of the width of the noted flexible tongue and has an engaging surface projecting from the noted outer side to engage with an inner member of the noted electrical device. According to the invention, at least one of the noted snap tabs comprises a slit that divides it into two parts in the height direction and/or latches having a slope with respect to the longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: invention allows for an ideal centering of the finishing plate relative to the inner element of the electrical device.
