SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile movable laboratories and can be used for testing of oil wells in the field during construction, operation, overhaul and liquidation of wells. Mobile testing laboratory for cement slurries includes a wagon configured to be mounted on any vehicle divided into compartments for installing equipment associated with an automatic collection device and processing of measured information and equipped with mechanical testing equipment, connecting cables, laboratory utensils, consumables, laboratory washing, water tank, work tables, isolated compartment with autonomous power unit, as well as lighting, ventilation, heating and air conditioning, while in one compartment there is a device for automatic collection and processing of measured information (computer), and in the other – equipment for weighing components, equipment for preparation of mixtures and grouting slurries, equipment for making cement slurry and determining the time of thickening of cement paste, equipment for making samples, equipment for testing of oil wells: equipment for measuring the rheological characteristics of a grouting slurry, equipment for determining fluid loss, equipment for determining of normal density, terms of setting and determining the thickness of the crust of cement paste, equipment for determining the spreadability of a grouting slurry, as well as equipment for power testing of specimens for compression and bending. In the dependent claims, the equipment used for laboratory field testing is disclosed.

EFFECT: mobile laboratory provides high operational capabilities to obtain laboratory test results of cement slurries in the field (directly on the well).
