SUBSTANCE: invention provides a working medium for heat cycles having a low global warming potential, which can replace R410A, a composition for a heating cycle system including a working medium, and a heating cycle system using the composition. Working medium for heating cycles is described that contains trifluoroethylene and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropylene, wherein the total proportion of trifluoroethylene and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropylene, based on the total amount of the working medium, is from 70 % by weight to 100 % by weight, and the proportion of trifluoroethylene based on the total amount of trifluoroethylene and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropylene ranges from 35 wt% to 95 wt%. Composition for a heating cycle system and the heating cycle system are also described.
EFFECT: working medium for heating cycles with good performance characteristics is proposed, while simultaneously suppressing the effect on global warming.
