SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas production industry and can be used to fix the fiber-optic cable in the investigation of wells, including directional and horizontal wells. Anchor contains a rod with radial channels, a body forming with the stem an annular chamber communicating with the stem cavity through the radial channels, a piston mounted in an annular chamber, a die, a cone located under the plates, a casing fitted onto the cone. Cable holder is attached to the lower end of the rod with the help of a sub-adapter. Casing is made with a deaf lower end.

EFFECT: technical result consists in keeping the fiber-optic cable from moving along the wellbore.
