FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for attachment and installation of landing equipment in well. Borehole anchor contains a shaft with a through axial channel and a coupling in the upper part, a cone placed on the barrel under the coupling, a ring stop in the middle part, an adapter in the lower part. On the cone there installed are moving dies interacting with the ram holder connected to the movable casing. Casing is made in the form of an annular cylinder forming the main annular cavity with the barrel under the circular stop. In the lower part the casing is connected to the movable piston installed in the additional annular cavity formed by the bore made in the reducer, and the shaft. In the barrel wall under the piston there is a through hole hydraulically communicating the additional annular cavity with the barrel cavity. Unit for fixation of ram holder and dies in transport position, including shear pins, comprises unit of their multiple cut, which includes a pin holder connected to upper part of piston, a return compression spring located under the annular stop and interacting with the movable supply bushing, a cutting ring and a unit for collection of sections of shear pins. Pin holder comprises radial holes uniformly distributed in circumferential direction and provided with shear pins arranged in one diametral plane. In the lower part of the supply bushing there is a cone bore interacting with external ends of the shear pins, which are made in the form of an external hemisphere facing the casing. Fixed cutting ring interacts with inner part of shear pins. Unit for collection of sections of shear pins comprises movable cutout made in the form of stepped bushing, compression pressure spring, installed in bore made in lower part of piston, and annular chamber for collection of sections of shear pins, made in form of boring in pin holder. Cutter with bottom end interacts with compression spring, and upper sharpened edge made in the form of truncated circular cone interacts with shear pins.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the anchor and enabling multiple use thereof.
