SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the oil and gas industry and can be used to disconnect the inter-tube space during the operation of wells with electric submersible pumping equipment. The hydraulic dual packer consists of two trunks connected from above by a coupling, sealing elements, an anchor containing cones, dies and a casing, a hydraulic drive. The sealing elements, the anchor cones and the piston of the hydraulic drive are made with separate through holes for installing packer trunks in them. In the additional through hole of the sealing element placed between the anchor and the hydraulic drive, a rod is installed, the upper end of which is placed in the blind hole of the lower cone of the anchor, and the lower end is in the blind hole of the piston of the hydraulic drive. The upper end of the rod is installed with the possibility of moving inside the blind hole of the lower cone of the anchor at a certain compressive load.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the packer installation in the well.
