SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the preparation of olefins which comprises: dehydrogenating a first n-alkane in a first dehydrogenation reaction zone comprising at least two reactors, to provide a first effluent comprising at least one of a first n-olefin or a first diolefin; dehydrogenating at least one of a first isoalkane or a second n-alkane in a second dehydrogenation reaction zone containing at least two reactors, to provide a second effluent comprising at least one of a first isoolefin, a second n-olefin or a second diolefin; where each reactor of the process operates in a cyclic mode with successive stages including a dehydrogenation cycle, a purging cycle, a regeneration cycle, and a discharge/unloading cycle, and wherein the operation of the reactors in the dehydrogenation cycle is shifted such that for reactors in the first and second dehydrogenation reaction zones, the two reactors are not in one and at the same time in the purge cycle and two reactors are not at the same time in the discharge/unloading cycle; compression of the first outflow; compression of the second outflow; feeding the first and second outgoing streams to a common separation row, separating the first and second outgoing streams into two or more fractions. EFFECT: proposed invention makes it possible to optimize the efficiency of obtaining all products.
