SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to operative coloproctology, and can be used to treat external hemorrhoids. Vaporization of external hemorrhoids is carried out with interstitial action thereon with the aid of a laser semiconductor device Lakhta-Milon. Wavelength is 0.97 mcm, a pulse-periodic mode with a pulse duration of 400 ms with an interval is 300 ms, a power is 7.4 W.
EFFECT: method ensures the decreased of the pain syndrome severity in postoperative period, reduced wound healing time, reduced number of postoperative complications due to the absence of damage to the skin and anal mucosa, as well as low penetrating ability of radiation.
