SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to operative coloproctology, and can be used for the treatment of chronic anal fissure. The method involves exposing the crack along the entire length with pulsed laser radiation, using a laser with a wavelength of 1.56 mcm in a pulse-periodic mode with a pulse duration of 400 ms with an interval of 300 ms at a power of 15 J, for 5-7 seconds, after which 0.4% nitroglycerin ointment in an amount of 0.5 ml is applied to the perianal skin and anoderm a hemostatic sponge and a gas outlet tube are inserted 1 cm into the anus. Next, postoperative dressings are performed in the morning and evening before the end of treatment, with each of which the postoperative wound is washed with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide and a solution of 0.25% chlorhexidine, on the perianal skin and anoderm pre-dried with a gauze ball, 0.4% nitroglycerin ointment in an amount of 0.5 ml is applied to the anus, 1 cm deep. Then a narrow turunda with Levomekol ointment is placed in the wound and an aseptic bandage is applied.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment, reduces the severity of pain syndrome in the postoperative period, shortens the healing time of the wound, reduces the number of postoperative complications due to the absence of damage to the skin and mucous membrane of the anal area, as well as the low penetrating power of radiation, simplifies the technique of surgical intervention, does not lead to irreversible damage to the locking apparatus of the rectum and eliminates the possibility of complications associated with the performance of lateral subcutaneous sphincterotomy.
