FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgical coloproctology. Fracture is exposed to coagulator Edmed 350-ES in the mixed incision mode, power 60 W. Anal fissure is removed at distance of 10 mm on the skin from its distal edge to a white line in the anal canal. Starting from this line with an indent of up to 3 mm from the lateral edges of the area of the removed fissure, the tissues of the area of the removed fissure and the sentinel tubercle are vaporised with a Mediola-compact laser in a continuous mode of 15 W, 900.0 J, wavelength 1.56 mcm in the proximal direction at 5 mm from the sentinel pile.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness, wider range of technical means which can be used for treating chronic anal fissure.
