SUBSTANCE: invention relates to painting and can be used in the automotive, commercial vehicle, space, light and heavy industries, shipbuilding and other industries. First system for controlling the painting process at the first production facility and automatically adjusting the painting parameters within the first multi-parameter painting system based on sensor data, collected from various first sensor modules receiving data from various points within the first painting system, contains a database of quality assurance parameters. Database of quality assurance parameters is made with the possibility of providing an indication of the ideal range of the attribute of the finally painted product. System also includes an electronic sensor module configured to automatically measure the attribute of the final painted product on the finished product, and a quality assurance processing module configured to: receiving over the network the result of measuring the attribute of the permanently colored product from the electronic sensor module and determining that the measured result of the attribute of the permanently colored product is outside the ideal range. In addition, the system comprises a painting system configuration module configured to access the database of the first production means for one or more operating parameters from one or more painting machines, which perform the stage of the painting process of the finished product, and for one or more components of the paint mixture, which are used in the painting process of the finished product, and determining, using the first multi-parameter analysis, at least one or more first operating parameters which, when adjusted, would result in the parameter of the final painted product for future products within the ideal range. Multi-parameter analysis takes into account at least the current environmental conditions, machine operation parameters and paint components. System also comprises a computer device comprising a screen configured to display a proposed correction of at least one operating parameter. Proposed correction is taken from the painting system configuration module. Invention also comprises a method oriented to a computer server for controlling the painting process, for receiving data and presenting the calculated corrections during the painting process and the computer system.

EFFECT: ensuring the ability to automatically identify negative trends within the paint industry, perform multi-parameter analysis and identify the efficiency that can be realized on geographically dispersed and operatively unique paint production facilities.
