DOUBLE CIRCUIT BURNER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F23R3/18 F23R3/36 F23D17/00

Abstract RU 2665009 C1

FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-and-power engineering and can be used for continuous flaming burning of prepared fuel-air mixtures of gaseous hydrocarbon fuel in combustion chambers of gas turbine plants. Double circuit burner for combustion chamber of gas turbine plant comprises body with an air supply channel, supply channel of auxiliary fuel, two collectors of main gaseous fuel connected to supply channels of main gaseous fuel and a cylindrical nozzle with injectors located in the end part of the nozzle and connected to supply channel of auxiliary fuel, case with conical socket located coaxially with a cylindrical nozzle to form annular cavity between them and annular thin wall partition installed in annular cavity to form two mixing chambers communicating with air supply channel, wherein in each mixing chamber there are fuel supply tubes with calibrated openings located perpendicularly to direction of air flow and communicated with one of the main fuel gas manifolds, as well as means of influence on flow of air-fuel mixture. Burner is equipped with a cone-shaped flame stabilizer located in the end part of the cylindrical nozzle, and means for influence on the flow of air-fuel mixture are made in form of radially located dividers installed at the output of mixing chambers between the conical socket of casing and cone-shaped flame stabilizer, the dividers in cross-section have a V-shape with a rounded leading edge directed towards the flow of fuel-air mixture, and trailing edges of dividers connect the end edge of cone-shaped flame stabilizer to the edge of annular thin-walled partition and the conical socket of casing.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce formation of harmful substances (NOx and CO) in combustion products.
