FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for preparing and supplying air-and-fuel mixture to combustion chamber includes liquid fuel supply system consisting of additional and main circuits, and air channels adjacent to it. Additional circuit includes axial atomiser with fuel supply main line, which are coaxially located relative to atomiser, inner converging air channel with sharp edge at the outlet and tangential swirler at the inlet, which is connected to atomiser through the wall. Above inner air channel there located is intermediate air channel restricted with external wall and consisting of converging and diverging sections. At the inlet before the converging section there located is vane swirler, and at the outlet - annular V-shaped flame stabiliser. The main circuit includes outer radial-axial L-shaped air channel coaxially located above intermediate air channel. Air swirler with vanes and channels between them is installed at the inlet to outer channel. On outer side of front disc there fixed is annular header of the main circuit of liquid fuel supply system with fuel supply main line and axial spray atomisers equally spaced in a circumferential direction and around which in front disc there made is annular air header interconnected with through holes coaxial to each atomiser to outer air channel. Air header is also connected to cavity of intermediate air channel with through holes made in external wall of the channel. Axial atomiser of the additional liquid fuel circuit is hollow along the axis and has annular header with radial inclined holes made in its wall adjacent to inner air channel the outlet of which is located in the zone of converging section of intermediate air channel. Inside the outer air channel there fixed is taper screen with sharp edge at the outlet. External wall of intermediate air channel under the screen has a row of through holes equally spaced in a circumferential direction, and nozzles of atomisers of the main circuit of liquid fuel supply system are arranged opposite to external screen surface. Also device includes gaseous fuel supply system consisting of additional and main circuits. Additional circuit includes central gaseous fuel atomiser with fuel supply main line, which is located in axial liquid fuel atomiser and which is equipped with hollow tip with external semi-spherical surface on free end and radial through holes equally spaced on semi-sphere. Free end of the tip is arranged in the zone of diverging section of intermediate air channel. Inter-vane channels divide outer air channel at the inlet into equal parts. The main circuit of gaseous fuel supply system includes annular header which is equipped with gaseous fuel supply main line and gas-distributing tubes with nozzle holes, which are coaxially located in a circumferential direction. Each tube is arranged at the beginning of separate inter-vane channel along its axis.
EFFECT: effective use of the device for preparing and supplying fuels of various types to the specified zones of combustion chamber, reducing hazardous emissions of combustion products.
