FIELD: turbine construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbine engineering, namely to the control devices of turboexpanders, and can be used at the gas distributing stations in order to recover energy from compressed gas and generate electricity. Device contains the block and bypass valves, regulating unit, mode switch, pressure sensors, turbo expander shaft generator, electric gas heaters, current required power adder unit, gas flow potential power estimator, current power excess calculation unit, current power margin calculation unit, the setting device of the permissible current power mismatching, the electric current generator load assessment unit, and priority control units for electric heaters.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of the device by means of ensuring stability of the operation in case of changes in the external network load and rational use of excess electric energy when the load decreases relative to the nominal operating mode of the generator.
