SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the turbine building, in particular to the pressure in the gas mainline regulating devices using the turboexpanders, and can be used at the gas distribution stations for the electrical energy generation. Device comprises a turboexpander, a generator, a rectifier, an inverter, a controller, pressure sensors, heating elements, power switches, load sensors of the network and heating elements, a setter of the turbine expander operating mode, comparators, flow meter, power controllers of heating elements, power switches, multipliers, turboexpander load adder, correcting amplifiers, power comparison unit, insufficient indicator of gas flow rate, gas temperature sensors in high and low pressure lines, correcting adder, comparators, stepped adjustment unit and electric network load limiter.
EFFECT: improving conversion efficiency of stored natural gas energy into electric energy by matching value of stored energy and high-pressure gas converted during reduction of high-pressure gas at change of gas consumption.
