FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the turbine building, in particular to the pressure in the gas mainline regulating devices using the turboexpanders, and can be used at the gas distribution stations for the electrical energy generation. Device contains a turboexpander, a generator, a rectifier, an inverter, a controller, pressure sensors, heating elements, power switches, mains and heating elements load sensors, turboexpander nominal operation mode setting device, comparison units, flow meter, gas temperature sensors, heating elements power regulators on each of the different diameter pipes set, power switches, multipliers, measuring rectifiers with filters, turboexpander load adders, corrective amplifiers, power comparison unit and gas flow power deficiency indicator.
EFFECT: increase in the natural gas in the high-pressure pipeline stored energy conversion efficiency during its reduction into the electrical energy during the external power grid load and the gas consumption change.
