EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the time required for the preparation of coals, in increasing the coefficient of the charcoal produced and in simplifying the process of using a package with fuel, as well as in improving the access of the necessary amount of atmospheric air containing oxygen to the entire volume of solid wood fuels for the formation of embers, in the formation of the necessary "traction effect".
