FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: heating and ignition means comprising a fuel body representing a solid solution of stearic acid and ethanol and a protective shell, characterized in that it is heated to a temperature of 75-79°C solution of stearic acid and ethanol alkali - caustic soda of 44-48% concentration was introduced at the following ratio of components, mass%: stearic acid - 2.5-3.5, alkali - caustic soda - 6.0-8.0, - ethanol - the rest, while an additional protective shell in the form of a saponified film shell is provided on the outer surface of the solidified mixture.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the creation of a roasting agent with an increased period and a higher heat transfer.
