FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, pediatrics and allergology. Pregnant woman with allergopathy at the term of 35–36 weeks of gestation is prescribed a course of probiotics containing the Lactobacillus acidophilus NK-1 lactobacillus strain 1 capsule 3 times a day. Rectally, 2 times a day for 10 days, a drug containing interferon alfa-2b and an antioxidant is introduced, 1 suppository each time. Newborn child is given a course of a probiotic containing strains of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, 1 sachet per day for 14 days. Drug interferon alpha-2b with an antioxidant is introduced by 1 suppository rectally 2 times a day for 5 days.
EFFECT: method provides primary prevention of allergopathology and atopic dermatitis by modulating the microbial mechanism of histamine formation in newborns at risk.
