SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for the prevention of atopic dermatitis in young children at risk of its development. Within six months after the birth, an emolent is applied daily to the baby’s skin twice a day in the form of a cream based on thermal water, and in the period from three to six months, a biologically active additive is orally administered from the lyophilized bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG and fructo-oligosaccharides.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the transepidermal moisture loss, a positive effect on the composition of the skin microbiota.
