FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to extracorporeal and implantable devices of mechanical blood circulation support, based on the use of rotary blood pumps. Artificial heart contains left and right rotary blood pumps, each of which is connected to the pump control unit, which provides a constant speed of rotation of the pump impeller. In parallel to each pump, from one side to the inlet part of the pump main, and on the other hand to the outlet part of the pump main there is connected a separate channel for controlled recirculation of the blood, containing the valve. Each valve is connected to the valve control unit, which includes a frequency and duty cycle unit independently for each valve. Valve control unit has ability to independently regulate the blood flow of each blood-recycling channel with partial or complete overlap and the opening of its lumen.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring stability of intranasal hemodynamics and minimizing the trauma of blood, thrombosis, regurgitation in the diastolic phase.
