FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to apparatuses of artificial circulation (AAC) and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Blood flow control device in the cardiopulmonary bypass device includes a rotary pump, an inlet and an outlet pump main line. Pump inlet line can be connected to venous reservoir and comprises actuator made in the form of hydraulic resistance with drive connected to drive control unit. Outlet line can be connected to an oxygenator. Oxygenator is connected to arterial line of cardiopulmonary bypass, and the drive control unit is configured to control the drive to provide pulsation of blood flow coming from the oxygenator into the arterial line, with a given frequency and porosity by partial overlapping and full opening of the lumen of the pump inlet line.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of physiological pulsating flow in AAC and ECMO devices at specified pump impeller rotation speed; reduced area of blood contact with foreign surface, which is potentially dangerous for blood trauma.
