FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, nephrology and physiotherapy, and can be used to treat urolithiasis. Correction of the system of blood circulation regulation of the organs of the upper urinary tract is performed by percutaneous action on the lower thoracic and lumbar ganglia of the sympathetic nervous system by a rotating field of electrical impulses. Field is formed in the space between the ganglia by means of two multi-element electrodes. Each of the electrodes contains several partial galvanically isolated conductive elements performing the function of cathodes, and one element serving as an anode. Electrodes are placed in the projection of the corresponding ganglia. When the cathodes are connected in series in the space between the cathode and the anode, the position of the current vector changes and a rotating electric field of current pulses is created. Frequency, duration and amplitude of the pulses are set individually for each patient.

EFFECT: method allows to improve the peristalsis of the ureter, to reduce the ischemia of the renal parenchyma, to restore renal hemodynamics after remote shock wave lithotripsy, that ensures earlier and more effective separation of fragments and small ureteral stones with earlier restoration of renal functions.
