FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of operation of offshore facilities, particularly those intended for the production of hydrocarbons, in ice conditions. Technologies of protecting a stationary vessel from the approaching ice are proposed. In the example, the system contains an underwater base located on the seabed and a supercharger located on the underwater base below the surface of the water. Supercharger is designed to destabilize the water column under the approaching ice.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase safety and improve operating conditions for stationary marine vessels, particularly those intended for the production of hydrocarbons, in ice conditions.
