In the algorithm of the monitoring module, the calculation is made of the dimension of the binary matrix of the conflict situation, constructed using information from the virtualization module, from the scheduling module, from the graph management tool, from the control computer, the binary matrix uniquely reflects the state of the network resources in the cloud computing environment, namely, identifies the absence of a conflict situation, and the network-wide resources requested in parallel by the running processes are allocated or signal a conflict situation, and allocation of network-wide resources is either delayed for the time of analysis and virtualization before the transfer of the network to a conflict-free state, either the allocation and access by the scheduling module of the network-wide resources requested by parallel processes are performed by reassigning the priorities of the more important conflicting processes selected for execution.
