FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric materials science, namely to antifriction polymeric tribotechnical materials, which can be used for the manufacture of friction units operating under extreme environmental conditions. Antifriction composition comprises, wt. %: 10–15 of PMF powder obtained from polyimide-fluoroplastic waste of the trade mark PMF, 1–5 of powder of quasicrystals Al65Cu23Fe12, 0.5–3 of technical carbon, balance – fluoroplastic-4MB.
EFFECT: technical result is high antifriction characteristics of the fluoroplastic-based polymer composition F-4MB in combination with high wear resistance of the material and low abrasive ability, and the problem of recycling of waste of non-melting polyimide films is also solved.
